Cover was ripped at the seem.
The product I ordered was the one that came and delivered in a timely matter but when we open the box and then the bag the mattress had a rip in the seam. This is something that can't be fixed and since we need the bed for my mother in laws return home from the hospital I can't send it back. She says it's comfortable though.
