These are a must have in my box!!!
These things are worth their weight in gold. I used to use the spikes which I believe are discontinued they were a bit smaller than these honey worms, however the first thing I did is open em um to smell em, and they smell exactly the same and I knew these are going to be awesome. I use them for panfish, perch, carp, and trout. I ordered 3 jars for my first order and I plan on stock piling them so I don't have to search for so long for something new if they decide to discontinue these too. I have to have a jar with me every time I got out as a just in case insurance policy.

Fish like these
We use for Crappy and Perch fishing. These work great as scent and attraction. Stay on the hook and fish love them.

It works like the earth worms I would dig up and keep in my refrigerator.
I love how anytime I want to fish I have worms the fish go after without digging up live worms. I keep it in my tackle box for anytime I feel like fishing. It's worth the money to me.

Amazing for stocked rainbows.
I was put onto honey worms by someone that works for my local dept of wildlife. The stocked rainbows love this thing, these are now my go to when they aren’t biting on anything else and they always stimulate a bite. I just fish them on a split shot rig, and add a little movement and it never fails to attract a stocked trout.

I have been using this fishing date Altru out last year but I have not caught anything with it I do not know if it works or if it's me but when I use a different bait I catch fish so I do not know what really is going on so I'm going to give it only 3 stars because I have been fishing with it and I am not having any good luck with it

It catches fish like it was designed to.
I've never fished with live honey worms/maggots, but I have fished with this. First cast I made, I caught a huge rock bass. Second cast, I kid you not, I landed a 12" muskie on the same powerbait. Amazingly, the hook, bait, and line all survived. I managed a total of five fish on that single piece of bait before I lost the hook to a snag. No, I don't have a picture of the muskie -- I was fishing by myself and the minimum size for muskies is 40" this year, so I was more interested in getting it back in the water than I was in getting proof.I've used several in a few locations, and if anything's going to catch fish at a location, this seems to. I've landed rock bass, that muskie (okay, it was probably a fluke -- but it happened), largemouth bass, and have to admit I'm totally sold on this product. It catches fish, and I've yet to have a fish gut-hook itself on this bait. One thing to note, these are all in one long chain (55 worms, according to the label) in the jar. That's not any real issue, though, because the bait is so soft you can just cut them apart on the jar's edge. I seem to have better luck with two of these on the hook at the same time, though, so I just cut two at once and hook away. These are a little softer than I was expecting, but that's not really a bad thing. As the designer of PowerBait said, fish it until it's falling off the hook. The more torn up it is, the tastier it is to the fish striking it.***EDIT 7/28/2015***Went fishing tonight and caught a good-sized rock bass immediately after, and using the exact same honey worms on the same hook as, this brute. I'm not sure, but I think it measures up at 16". Too small to keep, but a nice fish all the same. Another victory for these honey worms!
