The best polish for military shoes
Best shoe polish for the money. Does an excellent job shinning my granddaughter's shoes. She is in Junior ROTC and thecommander recommended the students to buy this brand. We are very happy with this kit, everything she need is enclosed.

Keeps your shoes looking sharp
This kit comes with everything you need to keep your shoes looking sharp: two tins of polish, a brush, a dauber, and a cloth. The black polish provides a deep, long-lasting shine that really enhances the appearance of my shoes. It’s easy to apply, and the dauber makes getting into those hard-to-reach areas a breeze. The included brush is great for buffing, leaving a smooth finish.I appreciate how this kit not only shines but also protects my shoes, helping to extend their lifespan. The quality of the products is excellent, and I’ve noticed a significant difference in the look of my footwear.

Perfect for my needs
This kit is exactly what I needed to get started. Is it a pro kit? No. Of course not. But it also doesn't have a pro kit price. What I needed was a kit that let me get back into polishing my boots and shoes with minimal hassle. This kit fit the bill and the price. I forgot how enjoyable polishing shoes and boots could be on a beautiful afternoon. The bag: Works just fine. Holds what you need it to hold. Is it super high end? No. But its not crap, it works just fine. The Dauber: Works great. Sheds the first couple times you use it. After using it a few times it stiffens up. I don't expect it to last forever, but I will enjoy using it until it has be replaced. I estimate it will last a 6 months to a year. The Brush: Also works great. No quality issues. Only a bit of shedding the first time you use it. Looks like it should last a long time. Its not huge, but I think it is a perfect size for dress shoes and boots. The cloth: unneeded, but a nice touch. I use it to wipe dust and such off my shoes before I start polishing. The 2 cans of black polish: Small but work great. I polished about 8 pairs of shoes with one can.If you are looking to get started - get this kit. It has everything you need.If you are a longtime pro looking for higher quality stuff...then buy higher quality stuff at realistic prices.

Shoe shine kit that brings back memories!
When I was in high school, my grandmother gave me my granddad's Kiwi shoe shine kit so I could put a shine on my dress shoes and the black combat boots that I use to wear all the time. That old kit essentially contained everything that this one does. The brushes look and feel the same and the only real difference is that the cans of polish were bigger and the bag that holds everything in was a little better. The bag is decent and will do what it needs to and I would trust it for traveling. It kind of reminds me of those bags that bed sheets come in. You know, the plastic vinyl ones with the cloth sewn zipper. OK, but granddad's was more heavy duty. The brushes look and feel the same however and I am sure that they will last for quite some time given the proper care. They are wooden handles with 100% horsehair. The polishing cloth is nice and it does a fine job of helping you put a great shine on your shoes. I actually prefer using the bigger brush however. The kit comes with two cans of polish. Both were wrapped in plastic and it's a good thing too because one of the cans was either damaged in the manufacturing or shipping process. My guess is that it was probably dented in the manufacturing process because I didn't notice any damage to the bag or the other items inside. The dent in the can caused some of the oils in the polish to run out and get all over the can and plastic wrapper. The polish is still usable and I rewrapped it in a plastic bag. I just keep it out of the bag and sitting flat so an additional mess doesn't happen. This kit is a pretty good deal. Buying these items separately is a bit more expensive so I think your getting a better deal by getting the brushes, two cans of polish, a "shoe shine rag", and...a cheap bag. After shining up some dress shoes of mine for work, I dug my old combat boots out of the closet and decided to shine them up too. Yeah...I still have them. That certainly brought back some memories! Good kit that I recommend.

Shine Without Breaking the Bank
This kit offers everything you need for shoe care, making it an excellent investment for those who want to keep their shoes looking new without spending a fortune. The tools and polishes included are top-notch, ensuring your shoes get the premium treatment they deserve. It's mostly easy to use, though newcomers to shoe polishing might need a bit of practice. However, it does lag slightly in water resistance; it'll protect your shoes on light rainy days, but might not hold up against heavier downpours, which is expected for the money.

Great for starting out!
I purchased this originally for a friend who is an aspiring bootblack.Kiwi makes a decent quality polish that will work well with about three coats; this is their standard, and it comes with two 1 1/8 oz tins (the "average" size, which I personally find small). The two together make it a decent amount of polish which alone costs at least $5 to $7. Additionally, it comes with a large boot brush which is great for buffing the polish before using the included shine cloths. The boot brush is a standard size; it is not small, but not incredibly large. It is great for regular use, and great as a first brush. There is also a dauber included, which not everyone uses, but some do.I found the case to be a great starter set for shining shoes. Though there is no cleaning product included, the price cannot be beat (I got it at around $12). Kiwi products are military standard, and also a standard in the Leather community. Having a couple of layers of Kiwi polish does no one harm, and again, for a starting set, it is a great value.
