Sturdy and high quality
This is a very solid feeling cart, with thick plastic walls and very sturdy wheels. It moves easily on concrete where I will be using. It has sufficient wall depth to keep things from falling off the tray. It was pretty easy to assemble, but I make a few suggestions:-You can mount the handle on the side with the swiveling wheels or the fixed wheels. If you will be pushing the cart, mount the swiveling wheels away from the handle. If you will be pulling the cart, put the handle on the same side as the swiveling wheels. This will make it most maneuverable.-Use a socket wrench to tighten the bolts.-Put the lower bolts on loosely at first so there is some movement of the legs to make attaching the top tray easier. Once the top tray is screwed on, use the socket wrench to tighten fully.Lastly it was one of the cheapest rolling trays on the site, but it does not feel cheap at all.

Excellent value
Comparable quality to carts that sell for 5 times the price through commercial suppliers. Assembly was straightforward and the manufacturer provided great support for getting replacement parts.Just a couple of nits: the cup/bottle holder is not quite the right size for my spray bottles; and the metal tube under the handle is quite difficult to pop out of place to put a roll of towels or tape on.

Ease of assembly
When I first opened the box and found the instructions I was a bit concerned as the instructions were only one page. Didn't have to worry, it was a piece of cake to assemble. Took me about an hour and a half as I did not hurry and thought my way through it. Happy with the purchase.

YOU WILL NEED A PLASTIC OR WOODEN MALLET! .
Tools: 14 mm nut driver, #2 Phillips, plastic or wooden mallet.Reading the other reviews I can see where they went wrong. When you get to step 4, slide the handle onto the 'T' shaped tabs on the end of the upper tray. Then tap the handle down until the top front side of the handle/cupholder is flush with the edge of the top tray. The legs will then fall into place when you set the bottom tray/legs onto the top tray . Do not try to pull the handle into place by tightening the screws to the legs. If you have the handle driven onto the top tray, the leg plates will lay flush in place on the bottom of the top tray. The enclosed instructions don't tell you how tight the tolerance is on the tabs, you need to drive the handle into position with a lot of light strokes, working one side then the other.
