I connected this KVM switch to my PC and laptop, and it switched video between the two only one time. After that, the monitor never received a video signal from the KVM when the laptop was selected. Unplugging and plugging the cables, changing the cables, and rebooting the switch did not resolve the issue. However, the USB functions switched successfully every time, because I could open the laptop and use the mouse and keyboard.Then when I switched back from the laptop to the desktop, I received a black screen until I disconnected and reconnected the HDMI cable. This problem happened consistently time after time.I had high hopes for this KVM switch, but it has proven to be totally useless, and I will be returning it.

I have used this KVM for a week.It works really well with 8K resolution and smooth 4K at 120Hz (good for gaming).Switching between my two computers is fast and easy with the one-button control and the little remote. The USB 3.0 ports are great for sharing peripherals. I like its remote control with long wire, I will hide the KVM under the table.The only downside is the lack of USB-C, so I need to grab a few adapters for my MacBook.This thing supports 2nd monitor. I’ll be getting a second monitor soon to put next to my old one, which should make my setup even better.Overall, a solid switch with great performance!
