The impression process was super easy, and they gave me multiple sets of impression putty in case I needed to repeat them. When the retainers arrived, they were a perfect fit and are a great value compared to other retainers. Start to finish, this was so convenient! It was easy to make the impression, they sent a label back for shipping, and I got my retainers a couple weeks later. Perfect fit! Love it! Saved me a ton of hassle to get new retainers from my original orthodontist, who lives on a different coast. LOL

Great product for a more reasonable price. It takes a few weeks by the time it gets shipped depending on where you live. My impressions were good until they were in the mail too long (no one’s fault). And the company had me redo them, offered more supplies for free and they paid for shipping again! Great customer service. Fast response on approval of impressions. They send a high quality case! Better than the one I got with my originals years ago that I paid more $ for. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using them in the future! My top retainer was a little tight on one side but i just had to adjust a wire. They supply the pliers as well.

I love the customer service and responsiveness. Information received was very concise and on point. I felt like I was dealing directly with my orthodontist. Comfortable fit and design. I've had them for at least 2 months now and I feel the effects already.

I don't really like it. It doesnt fit well especially the top part or i can say it doesn't hug your teeth and feel comfortable. It comes off easily using tongue even tightened it. I used to have hawley and fits perfectly but this one I dont know it's weird even i already adjusted them. I don't really recommend. I rather go to a dentist or buy again where i bought mine previously even its a little expensive. The communication it's good they respond fast buy the item is off. My money is not really worth it and i regretted it. I teied not to be bias but and give the seller a chance to improve when they remade my upper hawley but it is still the same. It falls easily and i tightened them but the spring in the front its way down on my teeth, and supposed to be in the middle. But it didnt work.

My wife and I lost our Hawley retainers that both of us had for decades and found this inexpensive option rather than spending multiple hundreds at a dentist/orthodontist office. The self impression kit came quickly and was easy enough to do and ship back. Our retainers are great and even came with pliers to help bend the wire back for a tighter fit. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

I wanted a new retainer as the clear retainer I got from my dentist had cracked, instead of paying $500 per retainer I chose to go with this company. They were easy to communicate with, let me chose a color of retainer and the product is a perfect fit. I recommend anyone who needs or wants a retainer to use this company. It does take about 3 weeks but the wait time vs cost and time from a dentist is worth it.
