This is a lovely futon. I like the corduroy fabric. It's soft, and the color is so natural. It's well made structurally, and easy to put together by yourself.In having said that it's a lovely item, you must remember that this is a futon. I use it in my living room because I live in a small apartment, and it's perfect for that space. I'm not sure how it would hold up to rambuncious kids. The back of the futon is hinged, so care must be taken. It's relatively comfortable if you need to use it as a bed in an emergency. Just weigh the pros and cons.

One of the couch legs broke in less than 4 months of normal use. Guest was sitting on one side no more than 180lbs well under the 330lb "weight limit" and the support connecting the leg to the couch broke.
