The headrest cushion for my recliner arrived pretty fast. It has non-skid rubber dots on the back so when you drape it over the top it doesn't slip..though it does a bit..and I don't mind as depending on how I adjust my recliner I can adjust the cushion as well...so it works out fine. And, as I'm only 5'1" it was very difficult finding a recliner that was suitable for my height..hence the need for an adjustable headrest cushion. Though there is a velcro tape attached to it, along with the other side of the velcro you can stick on the back of your recliner so it won't move. I like it..and at good price point...I just wish the cushion was a little bit softer like memory foam.

We tried so many different methods to make our recliners more comfortable. I'm embarrassed at the time and effort we spent and the answer was this little pillow! The neck support was an instant relief!

Easy to attach velcro. Hint: put velcro on cushion back before sticking to chair. Sadly doesn’t last but pillow ok.

Works well does not fall off. Is a bit of firm side but I like that for me
