I have to sit at my computer for work for 8 hours a day and it definitely takes a toll on you when your posture isn't right. This has helped me keep a great posture at my desk while also being comfortable. It does take some getting used to when you've been used to bad posture and just sitting however for so long, but well worth it. It's nice and thick, but not too thick to where I don't have room to sit on my chair.

I have had many back support cushions for an office or home desk chair. Nothing as exceptional as this. I have both mid spine and lower spine severe pain. Sitting is always hard but I can remain seated much longer with this, more comfortable and not have enormous pain for hours late that is the cause for products that only support the lumbar spine. I truly love it and rarely write such glowing reviews. It places your spine in its more normal anatomic position. There is no question and I am an MD.

Works well in my Jeep and in my office chair

This lower lumbar support pillow fits just right into the hollow of my lower back and supports my wonky lower spine with its herniated discs. The pillow I received came with straps, which I wasn’t expecting. That would be good for a car seat or office chair, but I’m using it on a couch, so I may end up cutting the straps off. I contacted the Seller and was told the newer version comes with straps and they will update the photos soon.

I got this to replace the round lumbar pillows you see all the time. I have several, but they are just too rigid and full and with no adjustability. This is much more comfortable and feels like a nice supportive memory foam in my lumbar region. I'm going to use it for the car and it comes with a nice big strap I can slip over my seat so it's very functional. It provides nice support and feels like it's of good quality that will last a long while.

For me it was very uncomfortable. But that doesn't mean the product is bad or didn't do what it was supposed to.

I work a remote job so I'm at my chair easily for 10+ hours straight. Before my back would be screaming at me at the end of the day and I felt broken by the next day, that feeling completely went away with this. I'm not going to say it's made out of magic unicorn farts and the pain is completely gone but it helps so much I don't grump as much if at all.

I have a gaming chair for my office & I needed some kind of better back support.This feels perfect! My only complaint is that even with both straps appropriately sized & connected, the back rest tends to slid up when I'm not leaning against it.... so I'm constantly having to pull it down before leaning back.Because gaming chairs tend to have the racing seat construction, it makes horizontal straps the worst to use.... if this backrest pillow came with vertical straps too or a version made for gaming chairs, I would have no complaints.
