My kids love playing in the sand.Since the weather is still cold, we can't go to the playground, so we play in the sand at home like this. This is very satisfying. She plays well by herself for 30 minutes. Of course, after they're done playing,Mom or Dad has to run the vacuum cleaner. HahaIt would be great as a gift too :)

My 3 year old niece told me it was "her most favorite thing she owns!" I am so glad I got this for her, it was a home run. If your miniature human is into this kind of thing, it surely won't disappoint.

Kids love it, sand is a bit too soft
This includes a lot of fun accessories for shaping the sand into fun desserts, but it is lacking a way to store the sand if you want the colors somewhat separate. I used a tray with different compartments that we had in our art supplies, but would have been better if this set included something like that. It does have one big container to keep everything in, but not something separate for the sand. Overall, the kids still love it. The sand is soft and feels nice, but falls apart too easily and doesn't quite keep the shapes unless you pack it in very densely.

My granddaughters ages 5 and 7 both LOVED this kit
This is a large kit for the price! The products inside are good quality. They give you plenty of sand to play with. The sand is fun, and works just like it's supposed to. Perfect consistency. There are so many extras in this kit that it looks like a HUGE gift. My granddaughters played so well together with all the toys that were included. It was fun to play with them as adults also! This is a good one!
