Horrible for you. Works great!
Besides White China, this is some of the worse things you could put up your nose. But it does the job. It lets me sleep. It gives me relief while I hunt in the sage brush. It clears my nasal passage for enough time that I can get the chores done on my property. My ENT says I’m destroying my sinuses but nothing he has prescribed has helped and says I don’t need a second surgery. So Vicks it is!

Works great....
This nasal spray works great for me. I have been unable to use otger nasal sprays due to the fact that they raise my blood pressure. This spray does not.
