Replaced a worn out "Excalibur" fence
I'm a high school shop teacher of nearly 30 years experience. At school, I am happy to report ,we have SawStop table saws , and they are EVERYTHING that they claim! Highly recommended! In my shop at home, though, I run a vintage Delta Unisaw that is probably as old (or older) than me. 1950's vintage, I think. Years ago, I replaced the original fence with a Canadian made "Excalibur" fence, which seemed to work ok for a decade or two, but in more recent years, has not held up. It would not stay put when locked down - it did not take much sideways pressure to cause it to slip, causing aggravation and potential danger. Parts of it - the roller bearings, the clamp pads - just seemed worn out. When I tried to tighten it up, it would get so stiff I could barely move it. The fence had become an aggravation and was potentially dangerous as well - It wasn't cheap when I bought it, but it was time for it to go. Did some research and decided that an old Delta saw would do well with a NEW Delta fence. This Delta T3 Fence and Rail system seemed to fit the bill, and the price seemed fair. I'm very confident and comfortable with the "Beisemeyer" T-square style of fence, having used them at school as well as in several shops I have worked in for decades now (Should have bought that rather than the "Excalibur" all those years ago, I guess...). Putting it on was not too difficult - Four of the original holes in the saw table (2 in the front and 2 in back) lined up perfectly, and I only needed to drill a couple new holes in the table extensions as well as in the side table that I had made years ago for the Excalibur fence. I also hung a new paddle switch (POWERTEC 71651) off the left table extension with a longer bolt of my own - SO nice to be able to shut the saw off by just leaning forward with my leg and not have to be fumbling around with my right hand for the old switch in the old location! Fence was easy to adjust to exactly parallel with the slots/blade, and it was not hard to adjust the gauge to read/measure accurately - and boy, does it lock down TIGHT. In summary, VERY happy with this new Delta fence for my old Delta Unisaw.

Adapting to a Delta 34-670
This fence has worked out great. Some said that it doesn’t fit a Delta 34-670 10” table saw, but with a little adaptation it works so much better than the original fence. I could have just bought a new saw, but this was just a fun project to undertake. If you want to try it, here’s what to do:1) You’ll need to locate new holes in the front L-rail to fit the existing holes, just get the 0” gauge to the right of the blade a little over 5”.2) The original threaded holes in the cast top are of an unknown screw size. It’s 5/16”, but neither coarse or fine thread standard. Tap these out to 5/16-18, and use the supplied bolts.3) The rear rail is simple, just drill new holes in the L-rail to match the table threaded holes. You can just use the original bolts on this, no need to tap it unless you really want to.4) Lastly, since the fence itself is made for a deeper table, you’ll need to move the rear clip and glide bar up to match the saw table. Use nuts on the back of the mounting screws to secure the glide to the fence.5) Note: the rear L-rail will sit an 1/8” higher than the gauge supplied but that’s ok, the glide bar is mounted on a welded shim on the fence. So it is sort of self compensating. You may need to shim the glide with a couple of washers to get the fence just over the table so it glides smoothly.Don’t be intimidated by this, it really isn’t that hard once you can see it done. I’ve included a couple pictures to help you visualize.

Hurdling over a decrepit old fence, with a new fence changes the game!
absolutely turned my old grizzly 1022 table saw from decrepit 80 year old that needed two new hips and a knee into a 30 year old BEAST! What a phenominal fence for a saw, did it take some work, yeah a couple of broken drill bits latr drilling through my old cast iron table and I took a saw from old n barely working to ((((((((((((( BAM ))))))))))))) New and improved no need to spend over two grand on a new saw when a little elbow grease 3 hours of work and a new belt n some grease and I couldnt buy a new saw for less than two grand that is as good as this oldie but Goody, Thank you Delta for a phenominal tool as always

great product, but good luck getting it shipped without damage
It's a great product, and it fit my old 315 craftsman table saw with minimal effort. As with many other reviewers of this product, the packaging did not survive the journey from factory to customer. Packaging is pathetic. It makes Delta look like idiots. You get 46 pounds of aluminum and steel packed in cheap fragile Styrofoam in a single layer cardboard box. Pathetic. In my case, the tape failed on the end of the box and the little bag of nuts/bolts fell out somewhere along the way. I went straight to delta for a warrantee replacement of the missing parts. When I opened the box the Styrofoam crumbs are everywhere and the parts are just tumbling around the box. Also a nice dent in the main fence but it all works fine in the end.

Great Rip Fence, Great for adding DIY jigs onto a fence system
I installed this delta rip fence on an older craftsman 113 tablesaw, installation was very easy,(rather than trying to figure out the included installation directions, its much easier to install after watching several of the youtube install videos)I am very pleased with how well it works on the saw ,it made this older saw much easier to get nice accurate rip cuts,it was the best price of any of the other aftermarket rip fences available for this saw ,I highly recommend this item for anyone wanting to upgrade an older table saw rip fence
