Great Microphone
Much better microphone compared to the Jabra Evolve2 30 SE. The headphones are light and comfortable. No issues with teams on Windows or Mac.

Great headset for busy environments
This is probably the best sounding headset I’ve ever used. Perfect for call center environments.

Great headset
Comfortable and mic quality is top quality. Noise cancelling feature doesn’t appear to work. Tried upgrading firmware and adjusting settings. Must be faulty

Not worth the money
Not noise canceling whatsoever. Volume is very low, even with equalizer changed and software installed. I have to turn my volume up to 100 to hear and it's still to low. It doesn't block out background noises as it says it does. At all. There is also a lot of noise when the cord moves around. Only good thing is that they are very lightweight and comfortable. This very bad quality considering how expensive they are. The functionality is very low when I consider my other headset. Don't waste your money, buy something cheaper.

Must buy
Love this head set. I work from home and have a little one who can get a bit loud and these do not pick her up in the back ground

So Close To Perfect
Pros:- Lightweight- Good connectivity- Mute button works consistently and with confidenceCons:- The background noise cancelling microphone has ZERO noise cancelling capabilities and is blatant false advertising. Of course apps like Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc. have their own noise cancelling built in but if you're using some versions of Avaya or have to record raw audio in Windows for instructions or anything like that, don't even for a second thing there's any processing happening to your audio. Clients I would call would consistently complain about keyboard noise despite me going out of my way to use the quietest office keyboard I could find, and additionally, despite my fan being on the lowest most quiet setting there was, there was a noticeable hum during all the my calls that clients said would go away as soon as I turned my fan off.- The microphone couldn't even filter out my noise breathing despite my noise being as far from the microphone as I could get it without breaking the headset- Software support for this is non-existent, apparently the noise cancellation was very good for the price on this headset but was broken with a firmware update that was performed automatically. The issue here is that there is 0 way to rollback this firmware, even on a new headset the firmware gets updated the second you plug it into your computer, and despite this noise-cancellation breaking firmware being released in 2022, almost 2 years later and no updates have been put out since then to resolve the issue.

Love this headset
I use this headset daily for my hospital call center job, and overall, I love it. The wired connection ensures everything is plug-and-play, with no setup hassles. The dongle’s physical mute button and volume dial are perfectly placed next to my keyboard, making it quick and intuitive to use.#### Pros:- **Comfort**: Extremely comfortable for all-day use. The on-ear cushions are soft and lightweight, making it easy to wear for 8-hour shifts.- **Ease of Use**:- Controls are on the dongle, not the headset, keeping the design simple and lightweight.- Mute button with indicator lights is intuitive and always visible.- Easy to adjust the fit my head and use right out of the box.- The dongle can ring instead of the headset, letting me hear incoming calls when the headset is off.- Lights on the headset notify coworkers when I’m on a call.- **Reliability**:- No connection issues.- Clear audio quality for both me and the callers.- The Jabra Direct app makes updates and settings adjustments simple.- **Convenience**:- Long cable provides plenty of reach.- Works seamlessly with my Logitech MX Keys keyboard for quick access to the dongle.#### Cons:- The wired design is both a **pro** and a **con**:- While the wired connection ensures no delays or interruptions, it limits mobility, preventing me from moving around during calls.- A wireless version with a similar dongle would be an excellent upgrade.---### Final ThoughtsThis headset is fast, reliable, and incredibly easy to use. Its comfort and consistent performance make it ideal for professional environments where reliability is critical. The dongle is a standout feature, providing quick access to mute and volume controls, though an LED indicator on the volume dial would be a nice touch. While being tethered to my computer is limiting, it’s a trade-off for the reliability of a wired connection. An updated Engage 50 with a wireless option and minor improvements would make this an unbeatable choice.

Can't mute headset in Avaya Agent until you're actively in a call
This headset would have gotten 5 stars from me, however, I discovered today that I can't even mute myself until I'm actively in a call, which defeats half the purpose I need it for. I'm incredibly unsatisfied with this discovery. For "the best headset in the world", it should be able to mute it whenever I need to. This could he Avaya's fault, idk, but I'm unhappy. Hope this helps someone else.Otherwise it's great, the ear pads are soft and pillowy, the sound quality is flawless and the noise cancelation is great!
