This is a game changer! I no longer dread backyard chores. So easy to use and the retractable hose is my favorite thing. The nozzle is great and has many options. We mounted the contraption on a post instead of the house. We got two and were very happy with them.

I've bought so many cheap, flimsy hose reels in my life. I've had this mounted to the wall for a month and it seems to be well built and solid. Works well and always rells back up. Hopefully this will be the last for quite some time.

Well made

So far I'm very satisfied with this product. It works as it should, easy to advance and retract, and I've had zero issues since I installed it. The hose is smaller than your typical garden hose, as it should be to save on weight and make it more manageable. I'm a little concerned about the build quality and how it will hold up over time - but I chose this one because it was affordable and understand that I just need to take care of it for it to last.

So far working like advertised. Mounts to standard 4x4 unlike most others ! I hated the idea of putting penetrations in the side of my stucco house !! I did this review because Prior to this one ...I purchased several other brands bolt pattern to wide to mount to 4x4! I did this review in case others think like myself as I couldn't get the answer from sellers features in there description, hope this helps !

I was planning to buy a hose holder but was recommended for the retractable hose reel, and I’m interested in trying it. I love it, it’s so convenient and helpful, the hose has been installed in the reel, just need to mount it to the wall. It allows you to take a hose to the desired length and lock, auto rewind is great, no more mess hose in my garden. Equipped with a swivel bracket, which can be fixed on the solid wall to achieve 180 rotation. This retractable hose reel system just is perfect to meet my needs.
