Offers good mounting options.
I'm using this for my GoPro time lapses. This mount allows me to rotate and pivot the GoPro. I found it hard to find a inexpensive rotating mount with the GoPro connections and was glad to find this one! You may find the GoPro style mounts (the 3 and 2 finger connections) maybe tight with third party parts.

Versatile
I got this to mount to a vareity of tripods and various other mounts for my GoPro. If I find a way to rig it up I feel it would have no problem supporting my mirrorless with small lens.Quality material and beefy. Super quick and easy to switch to portrait mode!I will mainly be using this to mount to trees on a mini tripod for vertical videos, but I'm excited to see what other angles I can come up with.
