Sturdy build
Prior to this one, my only T-Rex Lego was the red one with product number 4507. I'd say Lego engineering has improved over past few years. The idea is simple. If there's any articulated part that tends to get heavy, it should have added support, even at the expense of articulation.With any theropod Lego, the articulated tail is always the part that needs extra support. And I'm happy that Lego did their homework on this. The toy feels sturdy enough, though I'd say sturdy enough for display. I'm not sure about extensive play.If you missed on getting the big T-Rex Lego from Jurassic Park, I'd say this is easily the next big thing. The size is perfect. Big enough for your liking but not too big enough to occupy that much space. Good aesthetics too.

Lego T-Rex set. Bought for a Christmas gifts for each of my grandsons. Age 12 and 8. They liked them. They love building with legos.

Love this dino
The media could not be loaded. My 6 year old received this for Christmas and he was so excited to build it. He would tell you it has a good playability for a Lego set. We love it.

Great kit
Grandson was engaged with this kit throughout the Christmas week, clear directions and he completed it in 2 days. (He’s somewhat of a Lego master at age 4!)T Rex had moveable arms.
