Does everything you need a foam roller to do. I bought this specifically due to the length but it great quality and firmer than others I have bought in the past, making it great for pain relief rolling and stability challenges

After getting a pinched nerve in my neck, I bought this roller to massage and reposition my back a couple of times a day.It took two days to get used to it, and I now find it the most comfortable way to sit, stand or lie down.I wish I'd bought and used this before getting the pinched nerve.There are lots of videos on YouTube showing how to use it.I'm not a doctor or physio, and the roller worked for me. Whether it works for you or makes things worse for you - speak to a real professional first.

Bought this for my wife to help with her posture. It’s very solid and hard, don’t have to worry about bending it. It easy to use when she’s using it for her neck and back, also helps with pain relief. Overall good value for money and will definitely looking to get another for myself.

This is the first time I've used a foam roller and I find it absolutely incredible!The high density foam roller is so lightweight but in the same time is really firm (like rock hard firm), so I can't see it loosing its shape. I use it mostly after intense workouts to release tension from legs, glutes and back muscles. It can also be used for exercising at home, which is a bonus.I purchased the 24"H x 6"D because my husband wants to use it too and he's much much bigger than me. Recommend!

Don’t be deceived .This roller is a rock hard but light item. Ideally you should already be strong in your core muscles to use one safely . However we are becoming better friends as I master the different techniques . It has extended my practice and relaxation by a significant factor .
