Very nice unit, exactly what I needed!
I read about a few whole house water filter systems and settled on this one. I'm glad I did, because it is now over 4 months old and no issues at all.We had nasty tasting city water and even discoloration in the water when the city would be working on it sometimes. This system has taken care of all of that perfectly. Excellent tasting water. We were buying bottled water in the drinking size, as well as big bottles every week. This unit will pay for itself in 3 years based on what water was costing us.The unit should last about 10 years, at which time I'll likely buy another one. No filters to change ever, and simple installation.I also have a lead entrance pipe, and although not the best system for that, it does reduce it.Highly recommend this unit. The I-Spring folks even followed up with me twice after the purchase, on their own, to see if I had any questions, even though it was purchased through Amazon.GEG

This filter system works great and is reasonably easy to install.
Update, installed Jan 2023. Now is July 2023, system is still giving us great water and no stains at all. Still happy with our ISpring system. Our house is connected to a well that is measuring 5ppm on the iron test and the water will stain our fixtures within about 3 to 4 days of normal use. When we first built here our well tested in the 1 to 2 ppm iron content but has increased to 5ppm over the years. I now use iSpring FP150 50 micron filter in filter position 1 to catch the big stuff and then have the WCFM500K as filter position 2 to remove the iron and manganese and then have the FC25b 20”x4.5” CTO carbon filter in filter position 3 to polish off other impurities before entering the house. At the kitchen sink I have added the iSpring RO800G tankless reverse osmosis system to have good, clean cooking and drinking water. I installed all of this myself and really glad I have chosen the tankless system to use under the kitchen sink. It was very easy to connect and it takes about the same amount of room as a regular computer tower. I will post before and after water test results at a later date but this system has been in use now for about ten days and we now have NO red stains at all and iron measures 0 ppm now and the water tastes absolutely better that any water I have ever had. I have friends and neighbors that have other types and brands of water systems on the homes but after about 6 months of research of all of the brands and ways to correct my water issues I chose to go with iSpring because of the quality and reputation. I did narrow my choices down to three different companies and at that point I called each company to get a feel on the quality of help available. That test showed without a doubt that iSpring would be the best company to deal with. I did talk to Don a couple of times and he was quick to answer the questions I had before and after purchasing my setup.

Best Buy Made
I live on a well and before this product, the water was horrible. For the price, it’s worth it because my new born can bath in the water, drink the water and be okay. I bought this with other products such as the stage one and stage two filters from this vendor. Set up was easy and if you have trouble, you can you tube it.

iSpring support is awsome!
When the package arrived, it was damaged and missing the extra parts. Amazon had me contact iSpring and Julius with iSpring did an excellent job with handling the situation and sending these parts to me as soon as possible. I have not installed the water filtration system yet so I cannot give 5 stars.

Great compact size and good so far
Installed after a sediment pre-filter. Easy to install and get filtering… Good so far and definitely notice it is filtering the way it is supposed to. Whole house is covered and was able to bypass the outside spigots - no reason to filter the garden hose.

Simple design. No negative impact on the water pressure
Happy with the product. Simple design. Works great. No negative impact on the water pressure. Liked the set it once and forget feature of WF150. Comes with a good warranty too. Nick at iSpring helped complete my product registration.

Right well water filters - cheap price - outstanding customer service
ispring customer service team is outstanding. I talked with NICK and he did not try to up sell their products but he carefully walked me through the process to find the most suitable water filter for my parents house. He helped me to find a local well water tester to get a professional test done. Then I shared with him the results so he can recommend the right filter. I previously paid $4850 (oooch!) for the water filter from a local company for my house. I paid only $1670 for ispring water filter for my parents house it will last 10 years. Save us over $3000.So if you need a well water filter, call iSpring customer service first. They will help you from A to Z.

Buy this if you want your entire home to smell like rotten eggs
We had this base 3 filter product (WGB32BM) professionally installed to remove the iron from our water at the guidance of iSpring representatives. This did not work, the iron filter was brown and useless in 30 days. Was then told that because our Iron PPM was over 2 ppm (which is all this system can handle) that we needed to install their $2000.00 WCFM500K filter which would remove up to 12 ppm (we have 6 ppm). We had this professionally installed inline with the original triple filter set. Two months later, every room in the house with a cold water tap smells like rotten eggs (sulfur) each time you turn on the faucet. IT'S AWFUL. Our plumber isolated it to the iSpring products and says its likely gasses being released from bacteria in the filters. So now we have spent almost $4000.00 on iSpring products and plumbing installation charges and we're unable to drink our water or have company over because of the horrible odor. I have no idea if these gasses are harming my family on top of all this. It's very possible they are toxic. When iSpring finally got back to us (after multiple calls spanning a week), they are attempting to figure out what to do about this but don't know yet. I am giving this product 1 star until they resolve this issue. I will update this review if we're eventually able to achieve properly filtered water in our house.
