Compré el Samsung Galaxy A05 A055M 64GB Dual-SIM en Amazon desde Ecuador por $88 a la tienda de lifeline786, el teléfono llegó en buen estado, algo a tener en cuenta es que en la caja solo incluía el equipo y un cable de carga, sin adaptador. En cuanto al rendimiento, cumple con lo esperado por su precio, funcionando bien para tareas básicas como redes sociales y mensajería. No es un equipo de gama alta, pero es una opción accesible y funcional. Sin embargo, recomiendo considerar los tiempos de entrega si se necesita con urgencia ya que este producto en mi caso tardo casi un mes en llegar.

Works well

Nearly two months in and it is not working properly, keys stick, and just not up to par. You get what you pay for, but as for a 70 yo man who uses very little thought it would get a year. Sigh. Now at 19 days past ability to return it is not working at all, and phone company say was not refurbished correctly, so junk. Do not buy from.

I returned it because it does not work with my particular carrier, despite the ton of pre-buying research i did.-Problem, fatal for my use: The Amazon webpage fails to state the supported network bands. The third-party source i relied on before purchase seems to have been wrong. My carrier relies on the GSMarena website, which states that this phone supports ‘4G bands 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41’, which does not work with my carrier.-Problem, medium: The Amazon webpage fails to state that, to charge the battery, the phone can’t use an ordinary power source, because there is no included adapter, and instead must use e.g a pc that has a port that is the seemingly-unusual type, C, not type A.-Problem, medium: The manufacturer, Samsung, chat-wrote to me that it no longer has the manual for the phone. But i did a web-search and found a semi-relevant manual on their New Zealand website. But that manual appears to be not fully applicable to this phone, e.g some of the camera’s puzzling screen options are not mentioned in the manual.-Problem, mild now but medium at first: The Amazon webpage is titled with model code ‘A055M’, but the phone i received is ‘A055F’, after careful investigation.-Problem, mild now but medium at first: The Amazon webpage is titled ‘Latin America Version’, but the phone i received is the South Africa version (‘ZA’ on the relevant Samsung webpages). But supposedly the phone does work in the USA, at least with ‘GSM’ carriers (Global System For Mobile Communications). That’s according to Amazon’s A.I ‘Rufus’.-Problem, mild: Samsung South Africa can give support by e.g email, but the webpage to initiate email seems to be disabled when one fills in the required phone field with a USA number, in any format.-Problem, mild now but medium at first: The USA region sent me to the South Africa region, which sent me back to the USA region, which sent me back to the South Africa region, which finally reluctantly agreed to give support by e-chat after i described that history.
