I have been using the Dynamo for a little over a week and I have always gotten some amazing results in my grip strength and my forearm size in general in the short amount of time that I have been using it. The fact that it’s so portable makes it so convenient to be able to workout my forearms and my grip whenever I want. I literally probably use the Dynamo 4 times a day and every time I use it, my forearms just feel such an amazing pump. I would recommend this product to anybody looking to enhance their grip strength and who are looking to really get a killer workout for their forearms. I love the Dynamo!!!!

Isn't as effective as regular wrist and reverse wrist curls but it does the job well for a home equipment exercise. You get a good pump with it and is easy to use. Try to keep your arms straight. The problem is the under forearms are usually stronger than top part so you won't get as good as workout for the bottom forearms.

The Dynamo is a great tool for developing and strengthening the forearms like nothing else. I've used it every day for the past 2 months and can see muscles in my forearms I've never seen before. It has also improved my grip strength. Highly recommended!

Was excited to get, but had to return because the twisting action was not smooth. Sounded like it was grinding and squeaking, and didn’t matter if resistance was lower or higher.Good concept, but product needs tweaking in my opinion.

This forearm strengthener is VERY WELL MADE!!! Very impressive. A fantastic addition to any forearm training. Fantastic results. Love how you can adjust the resistance.
