Great, lightweight, easy to use once you understand it. Holds my laptop and mouse well when I jostle around. The bottom "clip" that holds the lip of laptop is hard to life to wedge it in, but keeps it in place when you finally do pry it up a smidge. Very strong! I thought it converted into a clipboard based on a YouTube video so I guess I bought the wrong one. Really wanted that...otherwise this thing is great and I use it for my laptop on the go with no complaints. A little pricey but worth the money.

I use this item all the time for work. I travel a lot for work and it always comes in handy when I don’t have a desk to use.

This thing is great if you want a high quality / discreet flat board to put your laptop on. Travels well and looks pretty nice. However, if you expect to prop your laptop up with it, do not buy this. The magnet system for different heights to support your laptop is functionally completely useless.

This serves my purposes because I wanted an extremely slim lap desk I could travel with, but if you need something that will put your computer at an angle, this is not the lap desk for you. The flap that's designed to make the laptop sit at an angle doesn't stay up, it collapses when you set anything on it (I tried an iPad and a laptop).

I'm a big fan of lap desks and have tried many times, mostly those with a memory foam cushion. I wanted to try Puncube's portable lap desk for traveling. I like that it is very small and I can put it in my backpack or tote bag, or even suitcase. However, the slim design takes some getting used to. Without a cushion, it obviously sits a few inches lower than cushioned lap desks. This changes the angle of my arms and wrists, which may be an issue when typing. The construction and materials feel very high end and I like how it looks. I will give this lap desk a try on our upcoming vacation. I will update how I liked, or didn't like using it on the road.
