Can you switch to rolling stamp patterns around for use with a different color? Like use the heart with red then use it with green ect..?

Thanks for asking, the curve line tips can be removed by screwing the end of the pen and pulling out, but the ink absorbing structure inside may not be that easy to change color, you may have to purge the whole tip several times (since it's not designed to switch)

No, the ink cannot be refilled.

Do these pens bleed through Bible pages?

I think it would depend on the quality and thickness of the pages. They do not bleed through regular paper. They are made for journaling.
