Works well although instructions not good
Instructions for clearing the memory work but cloning the keys are not good. Basically after clearing the memory place the controllers next to each other. The buttons need to be pressed on both controllers simultaneously to allow a copy. Each button needs to be done separately until the light flashes and then they are cloned. I pointed both remotes at the receiver. Probably makes no difference. They both work well.

Broken within 6 weeks
Initially connected to our shutter and stopped working after 6 weeks. Return window is 4 weeks so can’t even get a refund for a faulty product. Would not buy again.

Decent replacement for lost original
When they arrived they looked like the one that was lost which was good. The only issue I had was it took 2 or 3 times to actually get the new key to clone from the original but once I had it works fine, but I have one criticism and that is the operational range of the product the original key opened the garage door at the bottom of the drive but this key you have to be at the front of the door and put the key at the gap at side of the door before you can open the garage door does not seem to operate through the closed garage door

The instructions are worthless. Try the following
Hold C and D until the flash hold A and B until the flash KEEP HOLDING A (this bit is missing in instructions below) AND RELEASE B THEN PRESS B THREE TIMES the keys are now clear and there is no light when you momentarily press A, B, C or D Hold down the letter button you want until it flashes and activate the key you want to clone.

Liked the lookof the product but I bought a double pack and one worked and the other didn't so not a good deal at all

Not quite as universal as stated, if you trawl through all the information, it tells you which frequencies are compatible…… so not really universal

I used them both at the same time and in the same way but only one is working?
