Comfortable, Super super absorbent on a heavey flow
OMG yessssss like im on the simplicity lifestyle its meeeee like all the way without never knowing these existed way back when i have saved tons of money lol i thought of these looking for cloth diapers for babies n i thought mmm wonder if they make cloth pads too and Amazon gots stuff idk was a thing.so i bought these and love these as a affordable money saving alternative solution compared to spending $250 yearly on store bought unsafe lady hygiene products. I have been using them for 4 cycles without the use tampons or store bought pads due to the fact the store stuff has chemicals, toxins causes vaginal/uterus cancer and other serious life threatening health issues associated with using pads and tampons (linked to Toxic Shock syndrome) so i dont want to have a complicated life being sick i want to live enjoy everyday in comfort and having a clear conscience about my choices of what i expose my body too.....seeing you can't make these ppl stop creating and selling harmful products my choice is all i hsve to make a difference to stop using harmful products to the best of my ability.....the dye on these cloth pads dont run when you 1st wash them once they arrive to you def wash them b4 wearing them. i bought 4 packs each comes with 6 inside. The trial and era is your first day by the second day you found the solution in how to optimize wearing these comfortably and changes throughout the day and i suggest you soak all the blood out in COLD WATER not hot for hot sets in blood stains then rinse and hand wash with soap dont rush once your done washing you can dry in dryer or air dry.Great product too many years too late i have discovered these imaginebthe miney i could have saved then till today but its cool hot these not they work far better than the store pads and your body's BO is on another level i think the store pads with their chemicals and toxins have an effect to make women smell worse but since i have switched to these cloths pads what i am to expel in BO is normal and nothing compared to the irritants my body experienced using the store stuff so all around its a hugh body change with your BO and no skin irritations because of lack of chemicals abd toxins commonly found in store pads and tampons....this is almost as organic as it could get unless you make your own wuth chemical free bleach free organic cotton and bamboo and charcoal fabric.......these materials are the super absorbent the pivotal key to holding you up on a heavy flow. This is as honest as i can get to help out those who have health concerns and wondered about how well it holds up on a havey flow and who hates the irritation you got using the store bought pads and tampons....and who also wonder about the cleaning process and changing proccess......its fabric so not disposable something to keep in mind because you need to buy # of bags for the best quality of using the product if you have change these pads based on the amount of liters of blood you loose in the course of the day, so the more frequently you completely soil your pad/pads (if your a big women 2/3 pads is what you need to use...to fit under garments) you want to invest in what you will use in a day for the enture duration your cycle lasts for.

These are the best cloth pads/liners I've tried!
Fair warning: I write detailed reviews because that is the kind of review I prefer reading when deciding on a product to purchase.Upon opening this package, which arrived before the expected delivery date window even opened, I wasn't super pumped about the patterns of the liners. I understand they are random, but after seeing so many cute designs both in the description pictures and in the other reviewers' images, I was pretty sure I was going to be thrilled. I can't be too upset though, because for realsies this is a product that isn't supposed to be seen by anyone but me, and it isn't like I hated any of the patterns β they just weren't my absolute favorites. The wet bag, however, was a super cute skull design which was well thought out so the pattern is not broken along the seams, so that redeemed the less exciting patterns on the liners. Like previous commenters have noted, be forewarned that you have absolutely no idea what colors and patterns you are getting. If you are someone with strong preferences, this might not be for you.The construction of the liners is very different than the other brands I have purchased. The only seam that goes through all layers is the one along the outside. Additionally, the soft absorbent material goes all the way to the edges instead of mimicking a winged disposable liner and only being in a strip down the middle. For the former note, I was concerned at first that this would make them bunch up badly, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they do not have that problem β in fact, they stay flat and in place better than the other liners I've tried, even the traditional sticky disposable ones. For the latter, I am a bit concerned that without a waterproof layer along the sides that any moisture will wick around to my pants rather than being more contained and having to work through a layer of PUL to stain any underwear or outer garments. I guess at this time I cannot comment on whether that is the case, because I only use these as back up and haven't had any leakage since receiving them, and as it is no longer warm outside, I don't have sweat to deal with. Considering I haven't leaked all the way through to the outside of my clothes in years (stained the inside of my pants a lot though), I don't think this is a con of these liners that really warrants much concern. Additionally, based on the pictures, it looks like if I'd been paying more attention there is a choice to get liners that do mimic disposables and I just ordered the wrong set, so really any of that concern that exists is all on me since I could have had the other style if I'd paid more attention to what I was purchasing. In terms of comfort of wear, this is the only brand I would consider buying again, however with six in a package it is hard to justify buying that many more liners when I already have 6 of these plus a few others I had before. If you need six or more though and are not exceptionally picky on the designs, I would definitely recommend these liners. I haven't tried this brand's higher absorbency products, but based on my experience with the liners they are definitely near the top of my list if I were to ever want/need them, but considering I haven't needed to purchase more actual pads since the small box I bought in anticipation of my very first period almost two decades ago, I don't think a pack of cloth pads is going to be on my wish list unless I someday give birth and can't use other methods. Based on the pictures of the higher absorbency pads, I think the heavy flow bamboo would be my preference, but take that FWIW since I've only tried the liners.TL;DR β these exceeded my expectation and are a brand I would definitely recommend if asked.

Nice and soft with an array of designs but unfortunately like most reusable pads it slides around
