This is a really nice table saw for the price. I was able to build a kids picnic table pretty comfortably with this machine

The miter saw works great. The kerf board broke the last time I used it. Since it was still under warranty I contacted the company & they sent a replacement kerf board broke. Excellent customer service!!!

Overall: The saw does what it needs to do, cut. It does a well enough job as long as you practice patience. Works much better with a good blade on it. I am currently running a Spyder blade and it made me dislike it less. This saw will work well enough for house projects for the DIY person, not a contractor trying to get things done quickly.Pros: Value, comes with extra blades, has a laser, has a vice and extendable table. I like the sliding function. The laser is adjustable so you can sight it in.Cons: The start up speed is wildly slow. You have to wait a second or two to allow the blade to reach RPM.The slides are long, so you need to have some room when using it in chop saw mode as the slides are all the way back. Some saws have hinged arms that alleviate this.The blades it comes with are cheap, but its nice to burn through them, buys you some time until your next purchase of a proper blade.

This is a Big Unit, My kind of machine. I didnt expect that for what I paid for it, I assumed it has drawbacks. Not this.. its perfect/ tough and Im having fun doing my projects again..

Had an issue with the first saw I purchased, but I contacted customer service and they sent me out a replacement saw as part of the covered warranty. Customer service was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

The media could not be loaded. This saw is dangerous, spend extra money and purchase a miter saw from someone else. First time using it I almost lost my arm,face along with whatever else flew off.The blade came in contact with guard and threw shards of Inadequate plastic at me and jamed blad bending several parts as seen in video. Trying to contact DWT and sent pictures to attorney general to look into the workmanship of this saw. Just beware, cheap isn't safe, I can't believe Amazon would allow this saw on there site, but money is all it takes for Amazon to sell poor quality and poor operation that can injure someone. Poor workmanship, no interest in doing good ,quality equipment. Just beware, also blade is horrible won't cut,under powered. I'm not the only person that experienced this too.

I like the laser and it’s easy to use, but you do need a bit of space due to the arm lengths. My two big issues have been with the blade and the plastic guard. I believe one of the other reviews mentioned this. My plastic guard also broke in the midst of sawing and pieces flew everywhere. Thank goodness none of them landed in my eye, and it even threw the wood across my shed. Maybe if the blade was a better blade it wouldn’t have thrown the wood and broke the guard. Like I said it’s easy to use and I really like the laser. But it should come with a better blade and the guard needs to be made of something other than plastic. My Dewalt miter saw has a metal guard, but I realize I got what I paid for. So I’m 50/50 on my review because I do realize it is not an expensive saw however, I do believe it should be a little more safe.

I bought this 2 years ago and still love it. Well made, sturdy materials. Excellent product.
