Best cat house
I was a little skeptical when I purchased this house for a stray cat in my yard. Taking it out of the box with the inside looking like a sun reflector. Boy, was I wrong, the assembly was super easy, the inside is nice because you could wipe it down, the canvas on the outside is sturdy and very durable. There is a cover on the heating pad that gets washed bi-weekly (yes the strays are spoiled) and washes well. The heating pad doesn’t get super hot, it stays low just enough to keep them warm. When they come out of the house, I touch their bellies and it’s nice and toasty (my strays are friendly) so it’s doing it’s job. I placed a small piece of wood on top with a brick because of the winds and a piece of insulation board under the house as an extra layer, if you purchase a house that’s lower to the ground the pink insulation board fits perfect. I also wanted to mention the velcro is heavy duty. One last thing, we had 60 mile an hour winds and the houses didn’t move. I would highly recommend this house, I actually purchased a second one for a new stray cat. Excellent coverage for cats.

Warm and cozy
Bought this for an outside cat that came with the house we bought. We set it up in our outbuilding the cat has access into. So far, it's working great. The low radiant heat pad keeps it consistently warm for her. Super easy to assemble. Confused as to why there's a door flap on it as it's too stiff for her to push open so we used the velcro tab to keep the door flap open. The hut still remains warm enough with it open. If this was outside in the immediate elements, I'd be concerned, but works fine for in the unheated outbuilding away from wind. I'd recommend it - good value for the price and seems well made so far.

Very Nice Enclosure for Outside Cats
I feed and provide shelter for stray cats. This type cat enclosure I have on my back deck. It is dry inside even in wet weather and in cold months, the heating pad inside is warm and cozy for any cat that decides to use it. I had one momma cat who gave birth in it. Well worth the money.

Sturdy
I just received and put mine together this evening, so I'll have to come back to update on how it works (heat, stability, etc). So far, it seems very sturdy. The velcro is very strong, and the materials used for the walls and heated mat are very nice. It is difficult to get the frame put in once it's assembled per the instructions, but I think if I had tried to insert it partly assembled, then complete within the shelter, it would have been much more difficult. There are a couple of sharp pieces on the corner connectors that tore the corners of the insulated when pushing the frame inside. But the damage is minimal. I love the nubs on the bottom that lift the shelter off of the ground. The heat mat cord is thick and has a protective sheath. It's a good length and has two regular outlet prongs that are able to be plugged into a standard indoor/outdoor extension cord. So far, I'm happy with my purchase and the price. Great value for my money and it will help the strays, that I'm working to earn trust and get them socialized for vetting and rehoming, stay nice and warm this winter. It appears to have a waterproof material for it's outside. It has thick plastic flaps for entrance and exit. The front flap has an overhang to keep the inside from getting wet. The back flap has row magnets to hold the flap in place unless exiting from the inside, then it easily moves for the animal to go through. The magnets help it go back down and create a seal to keep the weather out. I've noticed no smell so far, even with the thick plastic door covers (made of great quality as well). The medium size I purchased seems like it can fit several small/medium domestic house cats, and probably 2-4 large domestic house cats.

Good insulation
Someone dropped off 3 kittens that needed to be spayed before they could be free roaming. I couldn't let them in my house with my dogs but felt sorry for them so I got this heated cat box. It's a bit smaller than I expected but all 3 kittens didn't mind squeezing in. There are some full grown friendly free roaming cats that I tried entice into the box (just to see if it was worth getting another) but they were not willing to go inside, maybe because it is so small and they are full grown cats or maybe they just aren't used to that kind of shelter (they are friendly enough to be picked up so not complete strays). Anyways the 3 kittens are growing fast & still using the heated cat warmer. The insulative material keeps in the body heat even if it werent plugged in. The cord is very sturdy for outdoor use but could be longer (it works with an extension cord though). Wish it were bigger or lower price because I'm not sure if more than one cat can fit in it once they are full grown.

I’m So Relieved!
Knowing I worry about my feral cat every year at winter, a friend sent me a video on Instagram about this heated/insulated cat house. I quickly searched the internet to find it. I was skeptical because I thought the price seemed too good to be true. Much to my surprise, it was nice quality and putting it together was a breeze. I didn’t see my cat go in it the first couple of cold nights, but on the 3rd night, he wouldn’t leave it! He usually runs when anyone gets close to him, but he sat quite content when we came around. I will sleep better knowing he has a warm place to be safe.Note: i bought the largest size. It came with a smart divider to add warmth and knock off the wind. I think it’s a clever design but my cat was too large to use it.

Cat took to it in one night.
I'm currently taking care of a feral cat. He always spends his nights on our padeo in his wooden house or in a chair. It's started getting colder, and I noticed he was gone every night; So I bought this. When I woke up the next morning, I could see that he was already using it. He has used it every night since.I like that it's luke warm (not hot). The cover is very soft. The functionality is rather clever, though I'm sure it isnt original. The reflective walls on the inside are similar to those found in food delivery containers. Reflects all the infrared, and entraps all the body heat generated by the cat. It's sturdy, weather proof with a compact suitcase design. My feral friend will have a comfortable winter.
