ICE CUBE TRAY WHITE

I needed new ice trays after my Rubbermaid blue ice trays finally gave up after about a year. These trays are very substantial, they seem like they will last much longer than the blue trays. They also leave the cubes whole, they don't bend like the blue ones, and I have a lot less trouble getting from the sink to the freezer without getting water on the floor. They also are much, much easier to get the ice out of them. If you are required to make ice the old fashioned way, these are the ones you need. Highly recommend!

These trays work perfectly. The frozen ice ice is easy to remove from the trays.

I had three cartons of coconut milk that I wasn’t going to be able to use before the expiration date so I decided to freeze it. These trays were perfect for the job. I paid a little bit more for them, but they were worth it. For one thing they are stackable—the silicone trays I looked at weren’t. These trays are also durable and should last for years. People complained about their silicone trays leaking and being of poor quality. These trays definitely don’t leak, and I especially liked that the frozen cubes popped right out of them with just a very slight twist. Very glad I bought them. I now have a coconut milk ice cubes that I am using in smoothies. They are also the perfect size for freezing individual servings of homemade pet food for my small dogs. Years ago I made homemade baby food and froze it in trays, which was a real timesaver. I gave all my trays away thinking I wouldn’t need them, yet here I am years later the owner of new ice cube trays. If you need trays, these are the ones to get.

Update- wow just saw these in store they rhymes with Ballmart and they were half the price.Bought these cause fridge ice maker isn’t working right and I’m not spending over a grand just for ice. Glad I didn’t get the gimmicky silicone ones- these fill easy, make perfect- better than fridge- ice cubes, and the ice cubes come out of tray with zero effort or hassle. Just great old fashioned ice cube trays.

I much appreciated peoples comments about these not being as deep as the originals. However, the ice cubes come out that much more easily even though the ice cubes are not as deep. I was replacing three much beloved trays that made the larger cubes. One of them had cracked and none of them were releasing the ice cubes without shattering them when I twisted each tray. After I bought the new ones, I realized I was at fault. Upon closer examination of the original trays, I could feel and even see white deposits of minerals from the tap water I use to make ice. The cracked one is going in the trash, but the other two are salvageable by cleaning them carefully with something acid like white vinegar. Filling them with white vinegar for a period of time (I’m not sure how long, check the internet) should remove the deposits from the plastic. I don’t think the white vinegar will scar the plastic, but I don’t know.Bottom line: I bought 6 of the shallower trays to replace the three (4 of the smaller ones would replace 3 of the larger ones), only because they are packaged in threes. I now have plenty of ice. I’ll probably cut back to 4 after the summer.They stack well, travel well from sink to freezer, and give up their cubes with no effort at all. You can just look at the tray and the ice will LEAP into your glass! Well, maybe I’m exaggerating just a smidge.

The ice cube tray releases cubes easily. It also fills very easily. It is sturdy and the ice cubes freeze quickly. This is by far the best ice cube tray I have ever had. What can be a tedious task becomes very easy. Recommend highly.

I drink soda with ice, and chew the ice, so I use a lot of ice. I have tried ice makers, silicone tray, old style aluminum trays, cheap plastic trays (the blue ones), and standard trays. I have finally found a tray that works well. These trays are relatively shallow and curved, so they freeze quickly, the cubes are not too large, and they come out of the trays easily. Excellent product.
