Q: Didn’t not receive the pump

We have not done any direct comparison, but Grandpa Gus's is a proprietary formula that has proven performance and quality. It is also very cost effective compared to others due to high volume and highly efficient production.

Q: does this work for roofers? I get real dirty and have to use Dawn and a scrubber to get off the single dust

This is effective just like any other orange pumice. I bought it thinking it was less drying on my skin in the winter months and it is somewhat. Still need to use a scrub brush to get the worst of stuff off. Keep the Dawn soap al9ng side of this for the toughest filth.

Q: How is this soap compared to other well known hand cleaners on the market? I work in a shop and am looking for a good hand cleaner.

This hand cleaner uses walnut shells as scrubbing material, while other more well known brand use pumice. Walnut shells are biodegradable while pumice isn't, so pumice is bad for your plumbing and it is literally made out of pumice stone that if not used with caution, could cut through skin.
