I've bought this brand a couple times, and it is far far better than stuff you'll find in supermarkets, and miles cheaper too.Only gripe is I received a 250g bag with an expiry less than 2 months away. I'll be using it beyond that to be honest, as I assume it will only lose intensity, but it would be nice to have at least 6 months on such a large bag.

I was excited to find this product, as I really miss the excellent Zaatar mixes I used to get when living in the Levant. It seems a good product, but I was disappointed in the aroma, which is not at all as I expected. Very strong aroma of over-toasted sesame, very stale woody tones, totally masking the delicate scent of thyme I was expecting. Perhaps this was just an over-toasted batch?
