So Far, So Good
I've had three previous nebulisers—all handheld mesh ones. The first two were Beurer IH55s. The first one lasted about a year before it stopped producing a mist. The second one only lasted a few weeks before it died. The third one was a cheap non-brand Chinese knock-off, which lasted a couple of months before it started to have days where it chose not to work.Given my experiences, I decided to go for something more substantial, which didn't have a delicate mesh, which could be easily damaged. After much deliberation, I plumped for a Pari Compact2.I have just used my Pari Compact2 nebuliser for the first time and I am impressed. It's definitely more suited to use in the home, rather than on the move, as it's not as compact as a handheld nebuliser and needs to be plugged in (although I did use the others off mains). On the plus side it seems far more solid and well made. Hopefully it will last much longer than my previous nebulisers. It produces a far more steady and higher flow of mist (I'm only fluids similar to water in viscosity). It's easy to setup and the instructions are clear, comprehensive and written in english (not another language or some dodgy translation of another language). There are a number of different attachments available, although this model comes with a mask and mouthpiece only. Cleaning instructions are clear and easy to perform. On the downside, it's noisier than a mesh nebuliser. It sounds a bit like a pressure washer or tire inflator, but not as loud. It's not as convenient to carry around as a handheld nebuliser, but you could probably still take it on holiday, provided the local electrical system was compatible (it has a UK 3-pin plug). It's still early days, but so far, so good.

Great for the price
We purchased this as we required urgent nebulisation of one of our pets. The item came quickly and has provided instant relief while in use. The pump is a little loud but at the price it’s expected with a nebuliser. All the attachments are really useful and this is a life saver!

Only one mask included , for children.
Just realized there is only one mask included, which is for children and they don't appear to sell mask for adults on amazon so cancelled order. It's extra cost to the customer including things not needed, they should have choice of adult or children kit , or including both when buying. Also this compact model has more limited functionally which I found by selecting use purpose on their website and found the compact was not suited for a few uses and not as powerful as the Pari boy classic which covered more conditions except cystic fibrosis , where they had a specific inhaler and some other conditions also . The compact warranty is 2yrs vs 4yrs for the CV classic. Therefore if going to splash out suggest checking out their website first for checking model for best usage. They have a link to where can purchase online, together with the type of mask required, ie, adult or child.

The Mask Is To Small
The mask is too small for an adult, that rendered it useless for me. Plus it seems very heavy.

An excellent unit that is compact but substantial.
My friend has Parkinson’s and COPD and regularly has severe breathing issues, so this unit was perfect for him. This is a solid but compact nebuliser which has a carry handle for transporting around if needed, a decent cord length and a cable clip. The instructions are straightforward and not hard to follow for set up and use.The tube is a good length, which allowed him to sit in his special armchair (important for comfort, support and stability for him) with the unit on the floor next to him. It has a good flow and produces a steady feed of nebulising solution. It’s not that noisy when running, no more than his old unit, and it doesn’t emit the type of noise that would annoy or agitate a person. Cleaning is simple and doesn’t take long. The mask supplied is small as it’s manufactured for children, but due to his slight frame, he was able to use it, but I will look at purchasing an adult mask which is compatible. This is a good quality unit that ticks all the boxes, one that I would recommend.I received this product as part of the Amazon Vine programme. My review is independent and unbiased, based only on my personal experience of the product.

Works and works well with nice tubing.
I use a nebuliser daily for I have a tracheostomy which requires me to nebulise several times a day. This machine comes in a large box which has decent packaging within and comes with a molded fitted plug, tubing, mask and inhaler plus the reservoir for your liquid. The top has a cut out which essentially acts as a handle (hence the portable part) with a power switch, a hole for the tubing and a filter on the front. As I can't use a mask over my tube, I just used my existing mask/reservoir which worked well with the new tubing of the machine (my tubing is incompatible anyway) and off it went. No issues and the tubing was a much better fit on the machine and mask than my existing one was which was a result - even easier for me to disasemble too. It's about as noisy/quiet as my older one (which is still quieter than the NHS one I could have had), has a slightly longer power cable, but the tubing from mask to machine was a fair bit shorter.Even with that said - this is definitely my preferred nebuliser of the three I have (the portable one I reviewed before lasted 5 minutes sadly). If you need a nebuliser, I can wholeheartedly recommend this one.
