I was starting to notice some hormonal hair loss. I have been taking this for over a month and have noticed less loss of hair and less breakage. I take three capsules in the morning. There is no smell. They are an easily swallowed size. I have ordered again.

I am in the process of trying this supplement to see if I can regain any collagen under my aging skin. It does seem to be helping but I'm only half way through a month's supply. I am using lotion along with the supplement. Will report back if it really shows a difference.

Seeing some nail growth but...capsules are huge and serving size is 3. We only take 2 each but need bigger daily pill cases now as they take up a lot of room.

Cannot judge just yet, it's been too little since I started taking them.But they are huge, so it's kinda hard to swallow, that's all I can say so far.(They also are kinda smelly, not that matters really but it is something noticeable, lol).

I took the whole month's supply of these pills and I only noticed the difference in my nails. My nails usually grow long by themselves (but they did get stronger while taking these pills), so I was hoping to see results in my hair and skin. I definitely didn't see any difference in my hair at all. I didn't noticed any difference in my face, either. I gave it a three star rating for my nails, but I guess I need more time to see any thing else as far as my hair and skin.
