This is a great air conditioner. Cools and heats very well. I purchased it early for the summer (because air conditioners are almost always out of stock in the summer). I tried both cold and hot air and it does the job perfectly. The air conditioner is a little loud, but within tolerance. I also use it for heat since the heater in my room is out.As the already existing reviews like described, it is still very heavy even though it comes with pulleys at the bottom. I'm 180 cm tall, weigh 79 kg, go to the gym regularly and should be considered a healthy man. However, moving it around still makes me work very hard. If you don't have an elevator in your house, or if you have a second floor in your house, you should consider how to move it upstairs.This air conditioner comes with a temperature control resistor that will stop working once it detects that the temperature of the room has reached the set requirement. When the temperature drops or rises, it will start running again. The display at the top also runs continuously to show the current temperature of the room when the air conditioner is off, which is very handy.Overall, you would be hard pressed to purchase an air conditioner that can cool and heat at the same time for such a price. If you are temperature sensitive, I highly recommend it.

Works very well, temperature control is easy on the machine or on smart phone, fairly big and bulky but perfect for what I need, sleep mode makes very little difference that I've noticed however still good value for money, cools my bedroom 15 meters by 20 meters easily. Worth it for heatwaves, also the drying function half's the time it takes to air dry clothing and saves on running a dryer and air con at same time.

The media could not be loaded. This unit heats a room reasonably quickly however it requires exhaust ventilation even when heating not just cooling which i did not expect. This exhaust is cold air so if not expelled outside tbe home it will hamper the heating of the space.Changing the fan speed does nothing.Randomly starts clicking loudly for unknown reason.There is no window bracket for a side opening window, which is the most common window for UK homes.Mildly disappointed in this as a result of the above points highly considering returning.

I bought this mainly to dry my house. It pulls a litre of water an hour on cooling mode easily.On dry mode it keeps cutting out. I think you need to elevate the machine and attach a hose to the lower hole but its so heavy i couldn't find anything to put it on. So i used the upper drain hile and cool mode instead without venting to outside to keep it from frosting up.Ive also used it to direct excess heat from the conservatory and pump it into the house. Cooling the mental hot conservatory and warming the house a little instead.It uses around 1300w and had planned to use it on a solar 3kw inverter to save costs but the inverter shuts down. It must draw more than 6kw as the motor turns on. Or i need more than two 100ah lifepo4 packs. Ideally you should have three on a 3kw inverter.Remote app works fine and could leave it in my holiday home bath to dry remotely when needed but its very noisy even in the lowest setting.I havnt dared try any higher fan settings or i think it will start doing laps of the living room!Without the hose attached it sounds like your taking off in an aeroplane. The pipe halves the noise once screwed on!So basically its a heat pump a dehumidifier and a cooler. Seems like good value for money.Unfortunately i heard a huge bang and the delivery van was rocking from side to side. My unit now has a dent on the side and some bent fins behind the dust screen. Glad i got it on offer price or id be returning it.I doubt this will go ice cold but i bet it can take a 30 degree room down to the low 20s ok. The lowest setting is 16 and when you get to around 18 it often shuts off for 5 minutes.At 40p an hour to run im going to invest in a higher voltage/wattage 24v inverter for my solar system so it will be almost free to run when its really needed.

Initially the machine functioned fine, however within a month the dehumidifier function stopped working. I contacted customer services yet received no reply, I contacted them a second time and still no reply. Now the unit has to be unplugged for several hours regularly in order to get the dehumidifier function to work for a short period. Genuinely wish I’d bought a more reputable make.

People are complaining about the noise level. I have to say, that this thing is silent compared to my previous AC. I can sleep without any problem whith the AC running. Cooling capacity is great in a 20m² room. Highly recommended product.
