Effective for neck pain
Purchased this to relieve neck pain. Works well and can be used in two positions - one with a lower height and one with a higher height. Works very well - already feel better.

Does this work?
After using this for well over a month I’m not sure if my hump on the back of my neck is smaller. I do like this though.. I lay flat on my back and use it every night while watching tv. I can turn my head from side to side and hear it cracking ., it feels really good .. I mean I feel like it’s aligning my spine but I don’t know for sure. I’d say it’s worth the money

It's fine but doesn't seem to do anything.
It could be because of the way that this particular item is sized and the precise angles (in addition to the size of my body- 5'2") but after many attempts (using it both ways) I didn't experience any notable relief or improvement. Using device feels equivalent to laying with my neck on any similarly sized bolster or cylinder. As in the case of a bolster or cylinder, this does not apply any discernable upward/outward pressure beyond the force of gravity (down) on the spots where your spine comes in contact with the product. This is only an up/down (y axis) force. If I actively push on top of my head, I can feel the pillow "pushing back" (in an side to side or x axis force) along the back of my cranium/skull/neck (because every force has an equal an opposite force in stationary objects) but the pressure out is just equivalent to the pressure down. I want the pressure to be UP towards the top of my head) and OUT (pushing my cranium away from my shoulders), and pushing down on my head feels counterproductive. I tried to stretch the device to make it more springy and increase the width along the x axis. This seems to be what the product needs to be useful, but my own stretching seems to have limited effect.

Great solution for posture improvement
The Neck Stretcher came with an instruction sheet explaining how to ue it. You start with the beginner position and after a week or so, you flip it over to the more rigorous position. From what I've seen in pictures and videos it looks like it is going to work. There are also motorized ones but you get the results from the neck excercise and the motorized one is probably for massage.I am looking forward to seeing an improvement in my posture.

Nope.
I have military neck (cervical kyphosis) so i bought this to help. It hurts! I felt like it was actively doing damage of my neck. I would get up feeling dizzy after using it too. Way too harsh of a curve for someone with actual neck problems.
