Ordered this a week ago and the packaging was well done, no scratches or cracks. The dinner set is surprisingly heavy which speaks volumes about its high quality. The subtle design looks elegant and compliments the dinner table well.

Broken when arrived
Too brittle and chipped off during transportWhen we tried to return the bike rider denied taking glass items on return then how was it delivered via bike if they cant return through same medium
