No plug
Product nicely made clear display, seems to work well. Instructions a bit suspect but any mobile phone User will sort. Biggest complaint doesn't come with a USB 3 pin plug adapter which seems odd, so had to raid one from a mobile phone

Better than an OWL, even at night.
A bit fiddly to set up, but far more accurate than any other energy monitor I've ever had. Plus the display is much easier to see.

Total Rubbish
What a complete rubbish item. Following the enclosed instructions you first have to set DATE, YEAR AND TIME. This is ok till you come to entering thr remainder of VOLTAGE, TARIFFS, CURRENCY ect. The screen goes blank and no further input can not be entered. Have tried over and over again from the start but have not been able to complete the programing.Have given one star rating but this is to high ????Has anyone who has brought this item cand advise?Foot note... now working ok. problem is with the instructions.

Avoid
Transitter signal so weak that the display unit loses contact if more than three feet away (i.e. the other side of a small room), meaning the large colour display cannot be seen if your fusebox / consumer unit is in a cupboard (as many are). Setup instructions unclear and not accurate, requring extra steps not detailed in handbook. Added p&p was £12 which is very expensive. In conclusion, the unit is horrendously overpriced and ineffective, will be returnining for a full refund.

Avoid as no customer support
I have an Efergy Elite monitor and it was working fine until a few days ago when the Engage Efergy website disappeared, this means you cannot view any historical data which means the unit is useless. No reposne from customer services as it’s probably just a kid in his basement in Spain.
