The toilet is a breeze to install no matter what anybody says about the instructions It's pretty common sense for basic toilet installs what people fail to realize is that you're going to need an ample supply of water to the toilet You're half inch toilet feed that you have right now is going to seem inadequate but it will work I ran a 3/4 line to my toilet cuz I could do so easily and then as you see that big fat hose that connects to the toilet is about 3/4 ID My toilet flush is like gangbusters because of the good supply a half inch is going to limit that supply quite a bit but it will work as you see by the pictures mine is connected to a macerator pump. Outside of the dwelling the toilet works as good as described and the other toilets that I install for people that gopher 700 to $3,000 are basically the same thing notice mine is installed on a wood floor with a rubber gasket not wax and everything went down appropriately I built the floor and this whole dwelling and then install the toilet right into the floor I cut my own holes and everything for all of the toilet It works absolutely perfectly and it can in your house too no reason

Toilet looks great but flushes an excessive amount of water. Every flush circles the water around the toilet to the tip of the bowl for about 30 seconds. Malfunctions once a week, nonstop flushing until unplugged. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

This toilet is very slick it has added a classy touch to my newly renovated bathroom.It is sensitive you sit it will flush and the seat is always heated.I wonder how can I turn it off now that it is summer?

I bought this toilet last year I’m a contractor so I tough it will be look nice on my son’s bathroom anyway installation was not too easy do to space in the back but after one year every time after every flush it makes a annoying noice like metal rubbing ceramic i call customer service but no answer so consider this tips..#disappointed

The seat heats up too warm and there are no instructions to turn off or regulate or how to use in power outage. I specifically purchased for customer who wanted that feature and their are only installation instructions and no usage instructions
