Different colour
The product was of different colour and appeared smaller in size. The acupressure point was defective. I tried to exchange it but unfortunately the delivery agent failed to approach me for the exchange even after informing me that the product was out for delivery.I waited at my residence the whole day. I fail to understand why it was decided to return the product to the seller.

Worst Product
A great fraud being committed by manufacturer as the product is rubbish and Amazon shields such manufacturers by not allowing customers their rightful returns. A very pathetic combination from Amazon and manufacturer to cheat people. I have been the victim of such fraud sales by Amazon with no resolution after raising numerous complains and no solution at all.
