Improved my bone density!!!!
When I had a bone density test 2 years ago, it showed osteopenia, the precursor to osteoporosis. My doctor recommended I switch to plant based calcium and appropriate exercises. I'm a bit disabled so the exercise was difficult but I made the switch to this calcium.My last bone test, my bones were fine! My doctor said that whatever I was doing, keep doing it. This calcium has protected my health, which is why we take supplements after all.Plant based calcium is more expensive, but oh so very worth it. I highly recommend it.
