Great product. Was used to repair may luggage.

No holes to connect to the suitcase arms.
It appears to be exactly like the old one but it has no holes drilled where the connecting screws go to connect it to the suitcase extension arms. I am asking for a replacement and see if the new one has holes. If not, I will have to drill tiny holes. I suspect a lot of people may not have a drill and small bits to fix the handle to make it work. They did not say it has to be drilled.

Only just works, there is a tiny gap that allows the handle to telescope unevenly.

Measuring was a little hokey, but, it is the correct one. Works well, may it last longer than the original.

Those measurements are hard to take, and while it isn't a perfect fit, it fits, and now my fave suitcase is useable again!
