Cuts like it should, scrapes like it should. Made of plastic not metal, so doesn't scratch the work surface nor go rusty.Very happy

A bit too big & inflexible for me
I've tried several dough scrapers and I found this one a bit too big and rigid for me. I mix my dough in a 30cm Faringdon 5.0 Ltr Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl and this scraper is a tad too long to comfortably fit its contours. I found I was constantly holding it by its shorter edge so I could properly mix the dough at the bottom of the bowl. I also found the edges to be a little thick, so although it works as a worktop scraper it doesn't cut dough particularly cleanly. I suspect this Kitchen Craft scraper would suit more experienced bakers and men might prefer its larger grip. But for me I now prefer the cheap little flexible Plain Plastic Scraper Flexible blade. 4.5 x 3" which fits both my hand and my mixing bowl.

Great dough scraper | cutter.
Was looking for a good cheap dough scraper when I brought my KMix stand mixer.I chose this one and am really pleased with it makes easy work of scraping the glass mixing bowl out with sticky doughs.I even use this to cut the dough / pastry when making dinner rolls & pies that need the dough or pastry devided out.Obviously easy to clean either in the sink or chuck it in the dishwasher.

Superb
Really useful tool for cutting and scraping dough off trays or the kitchen worktop. It's made of a hard textured plastic to aid grip, with a smooth finish at the curved edge (where you cut and scrape), and it's easy to clean.It can also be used to cut soft cheeses, vegetables, etc, to a certain degree anyway (it's not a replacement for a sharp knife), but it does make it a child friendly option for cutting food in the kitchen.

Well made, good for scraping dough off a flat surface, not bad for cutting dough (not great). An okay product.
