How do I attach the lid? I bought two of these, both had the lid in the bag with them but not attached to the bottle / nozzle.Tried to do a few times.

dont understand what you mean by 'lid', the ones delivered to me were 100% complete and just well packaged in a polythene bag, I had nothing to do but remove the packaging. I suggest you take a photo of what has been supplied and contact the supplier through your Amazon account.
