I purchased this to clean my polished concrete floors in my basement and it works great! You can cover a lot of floor space in a hurry. We have pets and dog fur gets everywhere. My wife now uses it to clean the floors upstairs, and she loves it too. I am buying a second mop now because my wife has claimed the first one for herself.

I wish I could give this a negative five star review. It is piece of Chinese garbage. The handle is not made properly. The screw is too short to reach or the part on the bottom of the top handle restricts it from screwing into the midsection of the handle. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!

Works great, covers alot of area quick. Great that it comes with 3 mop clothes( 1 shaggy 2 short nap). The cons are the handle is a little flimsy and the comes unscrewed quickly and one of the mops rapidly has come apart at the seams.. I do like it and it cuts the mop time in more then a half..

This is a great product and the extra replacement pads are the bomb, just push it around picks up dog hair and the smallest stuff, peel it off throw in the wash and put on clean one. So easy!

i also got two middle poles going by the diagram. seems to need a machine screw from the dimples in the diagram & hole on the hole on the swivel.
