I have owned a samsung frig for 5 years. It failed to make ice in year 1, serviced under warranty failed in year 2, serviced as warranty since it did not fix original problem. Yrs 3-5 ice maker has never worked. I spent thousands on a frig that can’t make ice. They won’t do anything to fix the design for the known issue which is well reported in forums. STAY AWAY

Shelves are not adjustable - door area for milk jugs is narrower - for this much money you would expect more flexibility in the storage area.

Broke after 24 hours, now in week 4 and still waiting for repairs. Seems to be a total loss and needs exchange.

Refrigerator stopped working after 3 months. I have been talking with Samsung support for a month. Their "1-3 day" refund processes has taken over 3 weeks! In the meantime, we had to go out and purchase a dorm room refrigerator until we can get this settled. The support team is completely unable to provide any meaningful help. The only thing they can tell you is that resolution in 1-3 business days and "thank you for being a part of the Samsung family"..... are you kidding me.... I recommend avoiding this product. Further, I recommend avoiding any Samsung product.

Although the seller promises, the refrigerator does not come with panels. I have been trying to get them for a long time and there is no delivery or in Samsung

Operated for 5 months, lost cooling . 2 months and 3 support visits later it’s unrepairable. Now it takes a month for a refund: support is horrible.

The media could not be loaded. The most beautiful fridge ever!!! Works wonderfully too. Huge with tons of useable space! We love it!!

This Samsung bespoke refrigerator is very nice and has many 'cool' features. We like it. However (and this is huge however). It does not come with the door fronts panels and you have to purchase them separately. Turns out they are very hard to find (I was not able to find those I wanted in Amazon today 9/2/2022) and had to order from Best Buy (with a 6 to 9 week waiting period). Without the decorative front panels the fridge is boarder line ugly. Once the panels arrived Samsung only included two lock in pins/clips for each panel when their directions and the each panel shows the need for three or more of them. Also, to change the door panels you need to purchase a glass vacumm clamp separately. Samsung does not include even on free clamp which is required to use the fridge correctly. The panels for this fridge cost about $400 which seems excessive when you are purchasing a $2400.00 fridge. The least Samsung could do is provide a starter kit so a family can use and be proud of the fridge. The first picture is what we got. The second picture is what we thought we ordered. Amazon does clearly state that the fridge is "panel ready" so the misunderstanding was ours. However, it is somewhat shady to show a picture of a complete product when the product is not delivered or sold that way. No one expects the front of the refrigerator to be missing when they purchase it.
