Tasty, easy to consume
Taking these for London marathon training. If you like Vimto as I do this tastes exactly the same, it’s less thick that alternatives like Lucazade so easy to consume. Essential for runs over 8 miles.

So pleased to have found these and at a great price.
I been purchasing these via a retailer who no longer stocks them and went in to panic mode as they are great for my long runs. I have a 1/2 and full marathon coming up in the next few month and with 20+ miles on a Sundays for my long runs I really needed these. They don’t upset my stomach like others I have tried and they get me through those hard miles. With these I am paying less than half the cost too that I had been paying the retailer.

Go bad quickly
These go bad really quickly - develop acidic gas and swell up in their little sachets after a couple of weeks stored in a cupboard at room temp... Best befores are well into 2026 so this shouldn't happen.

Nice tasting energy gel
23g of carbs delivered by maltodextrin so be careful if you're diabetic - it has a high glycemic index.The blackcurrant flavouring is really nice.It's quite sweet thanks to the sucralose - personally I'd be happier without this additive as I don't like the taste, but these are meant to be functional so I can live with it.Pack of 20 for £16, so 80p a sachet which is quite reasonable.

Very convenient for the gym
These are great for the gym. I keep a few at a time in my gym bag and one in my inside coat, just for a quick pick me up if I've not eaten for a while, or feel a little bit low energy, or my brains not firing up fully.You can certainly tell its cola flavour. Very easy to consume, just tear the top off and squeeze into your mouth. It gets absorbed quite quickly with it been a liquid.I'd recommend for anyone needing a mental or physical boost and any in sports/fitness.
