Will not function properly
No matter what I did to it I couldn't get it to fold square.

Ran through 450 paper folds very easily.
Update 6 months later: By the end of the week, it'll be up to about 8k pages. It all depends on how you feed it. U drop it in slanted, it won't fold well. I watch netflix and feed it so sometimes I get off and quality suffers. Obviously one at a time is a pain but the product works.Product works well. If you put the paper in straight, it will fold it perfectly. If the paper goes in crooked it will crinkle sides. Down side is you have to feed the papers one at a time.

Defective
The paper folder was delivered with several pieces of paper jammed in it. I was unable to use the product and immediately returned it.

It’s ok not a perfect fold
I purchased this for some weekly folding of bulletins. It doesn’t OK job. If you don’t put it in just write, it could wrinkle the edges if it feeds in more on one side than the other. I think it would have a higher score if it had somewhat of a guide to fit the paper in so that it folds perfectly. Also, it does leave one side of the fold a little bit shorter than the other if you’re folding it in half so it’s not quite a perfect fold. Some of the bulletins I had to, adjust them to make it fold completely down the middle of 8 1/2 x 11 paper.

This works pretty well once you get the hang of it and its peculiarities.
We fold a LOT of thank you letters at our nonprofit organization and I was looking for something that would make this easier and which would fold them consistently, predictably, without so many paper cuts! The biggest learning curve was discovering that once you drop the paper in the feed, you MUST completely let go of it. This goes against your instinct because there isn't a good support to prop the paper up, and it seems like it needs to be supported. Once I figured that out, the failure rate went down considerably. Still, I would ruin 1 in ever 20 or so letters, and have to reprint them. If the paper doesn't feed perfectly, it will skew to one side or the other and cause the letter either to fray along one side or to crumple up completely. Still, I am making progress in the learning curve department and I decided to keep the unit, believing that I will eventually master the nuances of usage.

I love this machine...
My uncle loaned me his and I fell in love and had to have one. My boss told me to order one and I have it sitting right on my desk to fold anything I can get away with. I love this machine. It's very heavy so not very portable. I will never fold papers by hand again.

This machine began to malfunction within a week of setting it up
Very simple to set up and operate, but the machine begins RUNNING as if paper has been inserted, even when paper has not. I have checked, rechecked and examined the machine for a stray piece of paper that could be causing this, but there is NOTHING. It will sit quietly for hours at a time, then it begins running as if paper has been inserted. Once this begins, it must be unplugged to stop it. Then the machine will sit quietly for maybe a minute, maybe a DAY, but eventually it begins running nonstop again. Paper folders are NOT inexpensive office machines. Its unreasonable to have something malfunction so soon after purchase, and after what can AT MOST be considered VERY LIGHT use. Pick a different model, or fold by hand.
