I bought these for therapeutic use when traveling with my sports teams. The compact carrying case is fantastic, better than other brands imo. Although the cups are not as durable as I would prefer. Dropping cups on carpet is fine but they often crack if dropped on a clinic floor.

I would recommend using YouTube for videos. There is no need to buy special gel regular lotion will work. For the price this is a great product

My athletes love these than the previous set I had. However, they fall off and crack easily which causes them to not have as much suction. I’ve had to throw away half of my set due to this.
