Ade Advanced Optics Pistol Mounting Plate for Sig Sauer P226, compatible with Vortex Venom/Burris Fastfire/Sightmark Reflex Dot Sight.

Works Great and very simple to install - simply slide your rear sight out (using a sight removal tool or a punch would also work), install the dovetail portion of this 2-piece optic plate - then install your top plate to the dovetail piece and you're ready to install your Optics. I installed a Vortex Venom, worked as it should. It couldn't have been easier - and I didn't have to send my slide out to be machined to find out if I enjoyed having the red dot. I can tell you though, for someone over 60 like me, this red dot system certainly makes focusing on your target about a million times easier. I'm adding red dots to other hand guns now -As to this installation, I installed on one of my Sig Sauer P320's - fit great!

The mounting plate installed easily and quickly. The machining is of good quality, so there were no burrs, nicks, or other irregularities that might cause an issue with fit. Well done.

as good as the expensive ones. Ignore the "P226 only" in description, it will fit any Sig that has the same rear dovetail. Mounted to my Sig P2022 and fits like a glove. Both mini's I have (Burris fastfire II and Sightmark mini) fit exact.

First; this does fit a Sig P320. That's the good part. The bad part is that the screws that hold the plate to the rear sight insert are too small, too short, and have a Phillips head instead of a hex or Torx.A larger diameter screw that is slightly longer would help to eliminate the loosening I experienced. I used blue Loctite and it still worked loose. I have reinstalled it with more Loctite but it's near impossible to get it properly tightened with a Phillips screwdriver. Unfortunately, it has to go back to the range and have another 150-200 rounds through it AGAIN before I'll know if it's going to stay tight.Changing rating to 1 star (0 stars is not available) After reinstalling with more Loctite, I returned to the range and tried to re-zero. The instability of the base was obvious within the first 20 rounds. The supplier refused to acknowledge that the mounting screws were not sufficient to hold the mounting plate in place.Thanks to Amazon, I was able to return it for a refund.

Had to trade it out for a wider mount

The mounting plate fit perfectly on my P226; after the screws were tightened, it was snug and secure with nary a wobble or wiggle. An excellent mounting plate for the appropriate red dot sight.

Love the product, it’s very sturdy and I was easily able to install it onto my Sig Sauer P226! Came with additional screws, finally able to attach my Vortex Venom red dot sight onto it!
