Quick easy and tasty.
I like these very much. I used to buy them regularly until they disappeared from my local supermarket shelf.Effortless to prepare and quick to cook. For light fluffy Latkes I break the egg into the water beat and add the mixture stirring lightly. After standing for the recommended time spoon directly into a hot pan and don’t press the mixture down too much. Treat gently or the Latkes will turn out dense and heavy. I fry them in butter with a little oil added. Can be served as an accompaniment or on there own as a quick snack. Only negative is the cost of a single pack at £6.97!!! Far more economical to buy the pack of six at less than half the price.

They were somewhat bland but then this does allow for people to add their own choice of seasoning.Out of fairness even fresh potatoes are bland unless add salt & pepper.I do like all Telma products.
