Twice I have tried to order this product for use on my electric scooter and twice I have had nothing but headache. Neither time do the product work as it is described and seems impossible to get any customer service. I returned this second deficient dual controller back nearly 2 months ago unused because it is too hard to figure out and I cannot get it ever register on my computer. Not only did the customer service slow play me now for 2 months.. now they are saying that they cannot refund my money and it the return is lost in processing. I cannot get any help from Amazon customer service and everything I do on here leads me to a dead end. $200 I am out of and I don't even have the product anymore because I sent it back to get my return and they just took it from me and never returned. I am going to write as many reviews as I can against this product because it is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced for a product that lacks and quality and does not work.. this is not working and is not worth your money or your time I do not suggest just to anybody this is a terrible company I bought two other products from this company both being controllers to get not work and now they had disappeared can I get my money back for those either this company does nothing but take take want to give you nothing back just trash
