Q: How long is the rope supposed to be? I can’t go into all the holes.

It seems like it won’t work, because they are short. However it does work. There are some YouTube videos that show how to adjust the poles and tie the rope.

Probably not for 9 year old. It may be too small.

Q: How sturdy is it? My kids like to grab onto things and climb?

Not sturdy - this was a gift for my 3 year old and she was playing around and pushing the poles around. Easily could’ve fallen on her. I don’t feel safe with her playing with this unless I’m around, so it’s going back.

Q: It Doesn't come with instructions? There are none in the box!

The instructions didn’t say much anyway. Stick 4 sticks together, using the plastic tubes. Then take 4 large sticks and feed them thru the loops in the tent fabric. Stand up and use the string to hold all together. Or return it! It’s not that sturdy anyway.
